This Privacy Policy describes how the Step-Up Omaha's Millionaire Workforce Readiness Game ("the Game"), developed by B.A.S.S. (Black Artists Surpassing Standards), a brand of Rixx City Studios LLC, for Step-Up Omaha!, collects, uses, and discloses your information when you play, download, or interact with the Game.

1. Information We Collect

Because this Game is designed as an educational tool for career preparation, we value your privacy and aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

• Gameplay Information: The Game keeps high scores, the contestant and player names typed in for the high-score board, the winnings reached, and which questions have already been played. Ask the Audience votes are only counted to show the result on screen. They are not saved, and they are not tied to anyone's name.
• Where It Is Kept: Everything the Game keeps is stored in files on the one host computer that runs the Game. Nothing is sent over the internet. A phone or browser only remembers a few conveniences so they do not have to be retyped, such as the host sign-in, the last name typed for Solo, and the Solo sound and clock choices.
• No Device Tracking: The Game does not collect device models, operating system versions, advertising IDs, or other device identifiers.
• No Personal Identification: The Game does not require your real name, social security number, or home address to function. A name or nickname for the high-score board is optional.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Run the game and show the high-score board.
• Avoid repeating questions that a class has already played.
• Let Step-Up Omaha! staff see how classes are doing on the high-score board.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your data. Data may only be shared under the following conditions:

• Program Staff: Step-Up Omaha! staff with access to the host computer can view the high-score board. The Game itself does not send data to Step-Up Omaha!, B.A.S.S., or anyone else.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process to protect the rights and safety of B.A.S.S., Step-Up Omaha!, or our users.

4. Data Security

Host controls and settings are protected by a host PIN that is never shown on the display screen or the team buzzers, and gameplay data stays on the computer or web server running the game. A host can clear the high scores at any time. However, please note that no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

The Game is intended for youth and young adults participating in workforce development initiatives. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information without consent, please contact us immediately.

6. Contact Information

For questions regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact:
